Privacy Policy
This site is informational: it sets no cookies, does not track its visitors, and does not receive what you type on any server of its own. This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you request the software through the request form.

1. Controller and Data Protection Officer
The data controller is MrF X Nexus Company LLC (شركة إم آر إف إكس نيكسوس), a limited liability company based in Riyadh, Jarir district, national short address REJA8021, Saudi Arabia. Unified number 7054581355.
The company’s Personal Data Protection Officer is Firas Assaf. For anything concerning this policy, write to info@mrf103.com.
2. Scope and legal basis
This policy applies to the site mrfx.com.sa in its Arabic and English versions, and to its software request form. It is issued under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (Articles 12 and 13).
The basis for processing is your consent: you fill in the form and choose to send the request yourself, and by sending it you consent to the processing of your data for the purpose described here, and no other. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
3. What the request form collects, and why
The form asks for the data below. The purpose of all of it is to assess your request, reply to it and prepare what you ask for:
- Organisation and sector — so we know who is asking and for what activity.
- Name and role — so we can address you and know your capacity in the organisation.
- Email address — to reply and to send you the package, its checksum and the operating instructions.
- Phone (optional) — to coordinate when you prefer a call.
- Expected number of stations or nodes (optional) — to size the preparation.
- The member requested (Misbar, Shameem or both), and whether you want a live demonstration — to prepare the right package and arrange the demonstration.
- Purpose and operating environment — to judge whether the package suits your use.
We do not ask for national IDs, health data or data about your staff, and ask that you do not include them in the purpose field. We use what you send for nothing other than replying to and following up your request.
4. How your request reaches us
This site does not receive, store or send what you type. The form runs only in your browser: it composes the request text on your device and shows it for you to review, then you choose the channel — our official email info@mrf103.com from your own mail program, or WhatsApp to the company number +966 59 165 2030.
Nothing reaches us unless you send it yourself. Once sent, the text passes through your email provider or WhatsApp under their own policies, not through a server of this site.
5. Who sees your data
The company alone receives it, through the two channels above, and only the people who handle the request see it. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with any other party, except as required by law or by an order of a competent authority.
6. Retention
We keep your correspondence for as long as needed to answer and follow up your request, and no longer than twelve months after our last exchange, after which we destroy it. If the request leads to a contract, the contract data is kept as the contract and applicable regulations require.
This period applies to the copies we receive; what remains in your own mailbox or WhatsApp is in your hands.
7. Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no visitor analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and creates no accounts. Its fonts and images come from its own domain, so nothing is loaded from a third party when you open a page.
8. Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. As with any hosting, the provider keeps standard technical connection logs (such as the connection address, the time of the request and the page requested) to run and protect the service, under the provider’s own policy. We do not use them to track visitors or build profiles of them.
These logs may be processed outside the Kingdom, and we treat that under the Law’s transfer requirements and regulations.
9. External links
The site links to external parties, including WhatsApp, email, the company site mrf103.com, the researcher identifier ORCID and the identifiers of published research. Each is governed by its own policy once you leave this site.
10. Protection and breach notification
We protect what reaches us with an encrypted connection between your browser and the site, a strict security policy on the site that blocks loading any code or connecting to any external party, and by limiting access to those who need it. If a breach affects your data, we will notify the competent authority and you within the periods the Law sets.
11. Your rights and how to exercise them
Under the Law (Article 4) you may:
- Be informed of the purpose of collecting your data and its legal basis.
- Access your data and obtain a readable copy of it.
- Request that it be corrected, completed or updated.
- Request its destruction once it is no longer needed.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@mrf103.com from the address you used for your request, stating what you ask; we may ask for proof of identity before acting. We reply within the period set by the Regulations.
12. Complaints
If you believe your data has been processed in breach of the Law, please write to us first so we can address it; you may at any time lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority supervising the Law.
13. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy, and each version is published on this page with its update date. Last updated: 17 October 2026.
